Both phones will initially ship with Windows Phone 8.1, but they are compatible to Windows 10, when the operating system releases later this year. With the inclusion of Office 365 Personal free for a year, users will be able to enjoy the suite of apps not only on their phones, but they also get the right to install the Office apps on their tablets, Windows PCs, or Mac computers.
As for pricing, the 3G model will start with a price of 139 Euros ($155) for the Lumia 640 and 189 Euros ($211) for the Lumia 640 XL.
