IFA 2016 — LG has introduced two new curved PC monitors, including the ultra-wide 21:9 38-inch 38UC99 and 34-inch 34UC79G.
The LG 38UC99 is the widest display you’ll find in the market this year with a diagonal size of 37.5 inches. This curved monitor has an impressive resolution of 3840 x 1600, and supports 99 percent of the sRGB color gamut.
LG’s 38UC99 was designed for works — especially for film makers –, as well as for gaming includes support for AMD FreeSync technology.
The 3840 x 1600 resolution display has a 5ms GtG response time, peak brightness of 300 nits, and the contrast ratio is 1000:1.
The new curved PC monitor from LG features a built-in USB 3.0 hub with two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C port for data transfer and charging.
As expected, but not impressive, the monitor sports two 10W speakers, which you can also pair to mobile devices using Bluetooth.
