The iPhone 13 has been in people’s hands for only a few days, but some are already reporting noticeable problems with the new device.

According to an Apple support page published on Sunday, there is a known issue with the iPhone 13 models that prevents you from unlocking your phone with your Apple Watch. Reddit users report that the problem isn’t affecting older iPhone models, like the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

An OS bug is reportedly to blame for the slower screen speeds, and Apple said a fix is coming soon.

The company promised that the iPhone 13 models would have “the most advanced display ever on iPhone.” The new Super Retina XDR with ProMotion supports an adaptive refresh rate from 10Hz to 120Hz, so you can benefit from fast frame rates when you need them while saving battery when you don’t.

However, seeing as it was one of Apple’s selling points for the iPhone 13, it’s disappointing to hear it is already having trouble.

And finally, one last problem spotted in the iPhone 13 is that Face ID no longer will work if you replace your screen through a third-party store, according to an iPhone 13 repair video on YouTube.

This means that if you crack your phone’s screen and go to your local phone repair store, the critical Face ID unlocking feature won’t work.

Apple has made it difficult for third-party stores to fix its products, instead pushing its Independent Repair Program for licensed and affiliated stores and providers.
