Microsoft Edge has two sidebars, including the one on the right side that features shortcuts to many Microsoft products, such as search, tools, games, and Outlook, and the one that only appears on the left side and includes shortcuts to Office applications.

Although these sidebars may work for some people, they’re not for everyone since they add unnecessary distractions, take up a lot of space, and only seem to be tactics to promote more of the company’s services.

If you are a Microsoft Edge user and don’t find these features useful, you can easily disable them.

This guide will teach you the steps to disable the sidebars on Microsoft Edge.
